Initiate Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Place the electronic components in their original anti-static packaging and use a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain the tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the part's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
